Planned Corrective Maintenance
“Structured repair planning to restore equipment integrity with minimal disruption.”
When deficiencies are identified during Preventative Maintenance (PPM), TOS evaluates the urgency, operational risk, and cost impact to determine whether the required repair work should proceed under a Planned Corrective Maintenance (PCM) program.
PCM allows maintenance tasks to be scheduled alongside future PPM cycles—provided timing, parts availability, and operational requirements permit. This approach minimizes downtime and maximizes resource efficiency.
At the completion of each corrective maintenance activity, TOS provides a detailed report outlining the deficiencies addressed, repairs performed, and any follow-up recommendations.
Efficient planning. Targeted repairs. Verified performance.
Inspection
Periodic crane inspections are intended to identify potential issues before they become an emergency, allowing for safe operations and maximized uptime.
Planned Preventive Maintenance
TOS establish and implement full maintenance programs, with consideration given to crane type, frequency of usage, history of maintenance, and manufacturer’s recommendations.
